Karen Moses
Karen Moses, MA is the Director of Wellness and Health Promotion in the Division of University Student Initiatives at Arizona State University (ASU) in Tempe, Arizona. She has provided leadership in ASU health promotion initiatives, programs and services, using both individual and environmental approaches to promote health and wellness for 20 years. She currently serves as project director of three grants addressing student drinking, suicide prevention, and sexual violence prevention.
Recognized as a leader in college health promotion, Ms. Moses is a frequent speaker at college health and student affairs professional conferences, and has been consultant to other institutions of higher education to guide their healthy campus initiatives and health promotion programs. Ms. Moses has served in many elected and appointed positions of national associations, including the American College Health Association and the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators. She was previously the President of the Arizona Dietetic Association. Karen completed her bachelors and masters degrees in Nutrition Science at Arizona State University.
