Mental Health Awareness Month

May is a time of renewal, and as we celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month, JED invites you to take simple actions to support yourself, those close to you, and your communities.

This year, our theme, “Grow Forward Together,” inspires us to build resilience within ourselves and across our communities, highlighting mental health as a shared journey where we support one another.

Meet Our 2024 PINK with Purpose Project Awardees

In partnership with PINK, we’re excited to grant 10 amazing advocates $25,000 each to fund their ideas that help strengthen their communities or promote positive mental health. Learn more about the recipients and their projects.

Strengthen Connections

When you’re supporting a friend who may be struggling, or taking the time to truly listen to a family member, you’re not only strengthening your bond but also supporting their mental health. Learning to navigate difficult conversations with empathy and openness can foster a safe space for you and your loved ones, create a supportive network that benefits everyone’s well-being, and enhance your relationships.
