Poet, activist, and teaching artist Gabriel Ramirez knows how difficult it can be to find and receive mental health therapy and counseling, having had people in his close circle deal with unemployment and insurance coverage issues.
Therapy can be helpful for navigating your emotions, and the situations that trigger you. As a result of therapy, Gabriel now feels as though he has more emotional availability to support others and more acceptance of future uncertainties.
