Promising Practices: Supporting the Mental Health of Diverse Student Populations

Faculty play an important role in the lives of college students, especially during times of uncertainty. As colleges and universities navigate the constant changes in communities due to current events – including COVID-19 and race relations – we recognize that there is much stress and anxiety on college campuses. In this webinar, JED’s Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer Sofia B. Pertuz, Ph.D. will moderate a panel with students and faculty sharing tips on how faculty can provide support for students while keeping in mind the needs of particularly vulnerable student populations.
