These Numbers Fill Me with Hope

In the past five years, JED has significantly increased our impact by every measurable metric. We’ve grown the number of schools we partner with through our JED High School and JED Campus programs from 107 to 400 and more than doubled the number of students served to 4.8 million.

Data from these schools show that they are taking numerous actions to strengthen their approach to supporting student mental health and reducing risks for suicide. The reach of our impactful campaign programs such as Love is Louder and Seize the Awkward have grown from 3.4 million in 2015 to 63.8 million in 2021, and our research shows that teens and young adults who are familiar with our Seize the Awkward campaign are more likely to have initiated conversations with their friends about mental health.

Reach of JED’s Mental Health Awareness Campaigns

These numbers not only fill me with pride, they fill me with hope. Yes, JED is making a serious impact today. But we have the vision, plan, and team to exponentially grow our impact again in the next five years.

Please donate today.

That exponential growth of our impact is exactly what this moment calls for. The mental health challenges facing our teens and young adults are becoming louder and more varied by the day. It’s crucial that JED’s work respond in kind.

At JED, we take every gift seriously. We pride ourselves in being careful stewards of every dollar you donate, and we work to maximize the impact of every single gift. Your gift is used to both make an impact on the mental health of teens and young adults today, and to plan for a better future.

Will you maximize your impact by making a tax-deductible gift today?

Thank you for your support. We couldn’t do this without you.
