Mental Health is Health

JED & MTV have worked together on award-winning mental health storytelling and campaigns for 15 years.

JED is now a founding partner in MTV Entertainment Group’s new Mental Health is Health initiative, an online resource designed to start conversations, encourage help-seeking, and share tools to help us take care of ourselves and the people we know and love. The site gives us access to tips, tools, and support — including articles and videos — by helping us explore how we’re feeling (lonely, sad, angry), what we’re experiencing (break-ups, discrimination), or conditions (depression, eating disorders) we need to manage.

Mental Health is Health offers the shared experiences, perspectives, and advice of a diverse group of storytellers and experts, because when we hear real stories from people who’ve overcome emotional challenges or who are living with mental health conditions, it helps us to feel less alone, find hope, and take action to get support and feel better.
