• When will I receive my donation receipt?
  You should receive your donation receipt in an email immediately after making your gift. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us at development@jedfoundation.org.
• How can I access my donor portal?
  You can access your donor portal by visiting giving.jedfoundation.org and entering the email address you used to make your donation. 
• How are tribute gifts acknowledged?
  After completing your donation, you will see options to have an email or mailed note that acknowledges the tribute gift sent to a recipient of your choice. acknowledging the tribute gift. You will also receive an email from us prompting you to “cComplete your dedication with a personal message.” If you made a tribute gift and did not yet customized your acknowledgement, you can access the page to do so in the donor portal by visiting giving.jedfoundation.org and entering the email address you used to make your donation. You’ll have the option to add a custom message, and you can choose whether to include the amount of your gift. 
• Can I make a recurring donation?
  Yes, you can set up a recurring donation by selecting the monthly donation option on any of our donation pages. Your consistent support allows us to plan effectively and allocate resources where they’re needed most. 
• Can I edit my existing recurring donation?
  Yes, you can edit your recurring donation through your donor portal by visiting giving.jedfoundation.org and entering the email address you used to make your donation. 
• Are gifts to JED tax-deductible?
  Yes, gifts to JED are tax-deductible. JED’s federal tax ID number is 13-4131139. 
• Are there other ways to give besides online donations?
