JED’s “You Can Help” Trainings

JED’s “You Can Help” Trainings for Higher Education Campuses and High Schools

A fundamental part of a comprehensive approach to supporting students struggling with mental health challenges and preventing suicide is training community members to identify signs of distress and understand their role as a help-giver.

JED’s “You Can Help” downloadable workshop materials are designed to be facilitated by a counseling or mental health professional at your institution, or by other staff familiar with mental health topics and resources on college and university campuses and at high schools.
