Mental Health Programs to Strengthen Schools and Communities

JED has partnered with more than 550 higher education institutions, 150 high schools, and 20 school districts representing more than 400 schools, representing over 7.4 million youth through evidence-based mental health programs that lower suicide risk, strengthen schools and communities, and foster emotional well-being.

Higher Education Programs

JED partners with colleges and universities to create cultures of caring and strengthen campus mental health support systems. Our programs are tailored to meet the needs and budgets of a wide variety of institutions, from our flagship JED Campus program to custom consulting and trainings.

District and High School Programs

JED works with individual high schools and entire pre-K-12 school districts to strengthen mental health supports and create thriving, connected communities. We have brought our evidence-based approach to public schools, boarding and independent schools, and districts of all sizes, offering multi-year engagements as well as customized mental workshops, trainings, and consulting.

Community-Based Organizations

JED equips youth-serving organizations with data-driven strategies, impactful training, and evidence-based tools and resources tailored to meet varied mental health needs, prevent suicide, and enhance community well-being.

Fraternities and Sororities

JED works with Greek-letter organizations to create customized resources, risk-reduction strategies, and leadership development opportunities. We equip fraternities and sororities to raise awareness, address member needs, and serve the wider campus community.

Postvention & Other Consulting Services

JED provides immediate support following a tragic loss and helps schools proactively build and strengthen crisis response. Our evidence-based approach prioritizes healing, mental health support, and risk mitigation.

Mental Health Education and Training

JED’s interactive workshops and courses – customizable for any group and available in person or virtually – focus on practical and powerful strategies to identify and support at-risk youth, enhance community connection, and prevent suicide.
