Protecting Mental Health in 2021

In 2021, much of the country reopened after almost two years of shutdowns and uncertainty due to the coronavirus. But the anxiety, depression, and trauma experienced as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic has remained. That’s where JED comes in. This year, we expanded the reach of our JED Campus and JED High School programs. We worked with dedicated partners including Instagram, Spotify, Hulu, Morgan Stanley, Madhappy, and others.

We’ve come a long way, but suicide is still the second leading cause of death in teens and young adults. JED’s work is needed now more than ever. Learn more about JED and how you can help protect emotional health and prevent suicide for our nation’s teens and young adults by visiting jedfoundation.org.
