Many companies offer workplace giving through pre-tax payroll deduction and will match charitable donations made by employees, their spouses, or retired employees. It’s an easy way to make your generosity go even further!
Employer Matching Gifts
Double or even triple your lifesaving impact with a matching gift from your employer!
Step 1
Enter your company’s name in our search tool to see if your employer will match your donation to JED. Not seeing your company listed? Check with your company’s human resources team.
Step 2
Follow your company’s instructions and apply to have your gift matched.
Step 3
Let our team know that you plan on getting your donation matched. Once your application is submitted and the gift is confirmed, your employer will send JED the matching funds based on their disbursement schedule.
Step 4
Once JED receives the matching gift from your employer, you will receive confirmation.
Workplace Giving
To learn about your company’s workplace giving benefits through payroll deduction:
Step 1
Contact your human resources department and ask if The Jed Foundation is included in their employee charitable giving campaigns or United Way campaigns through payroll deduction. If so, tell them you’d like to make your pledge to JED.
Step 2
If JED is not included, please ask HR to add us to your company’s existing workplace giving or United Way campaigns, or start a new one.
