Let's Be Real, conectemonos! event invitationSeize the Awkward has partnered with a diverse group of Latinas including influencer Amanda Diaz, AFSP Research Grantee Kiara Alvarez, Ph. D., Poderistas Co–Founder Elsa Collins, and USHLI Scholar Dulce Diaz to help raise awareness about mental wellness. Our goal is to offers tips and resources to encourage young adults to reach out to friends and check in on their mental health.
