To address this, Eskalera is in partnership with The Jed Foundation (JED) to provide resources, tools, and information that can help you better understand and care for your mental health in both your professional and personal life.

Mental health affects our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and impacts our self-image, our relationships, and how we make healthy choices. By understanding and addressing our emotions, like sadness, apathy, anger, or anxiety, we are able to function more successfully in our lives.

As you build awareness around identity, diversity, and inclusion, it is important to learn healthy ways to navigate emotional challenges, build strategies for self-care, and find support as you engage in courageous conversations.
