The Set to Go toolkit helps educators navigate the process of preparing students emotionally for the transition to college. Complete with ready-made presentations on the transition for both parents and students, communication templates and resources to send parents and students about the transition, conversation guides for counselors, and classroom exercises, the toolkit has everything a school needs to ensure students are ready to transition to college.

Set to Go Toolkit: This document contains activities, communications templates, conversation guides, resources, and classroom exercises that schools can use to prepare students for the transition to college.

Standard College Transition Night for Students and Parents: These slides should be presented to seniors transitioning to college and their parents.

Transition Night Handout: This handout should be given to students and families that attend the Transition Night for Students and Parents presentation.

Facilitation Guide Transition Night: This facilitation guide includes instructions and a script for use with the “Standard College Transition Night for Students and Parents” presentation.

Standard College Transition Workshop for Students: These slides should be presented to students in their senior year of high school who are planning to transition to college.

Transition Workshop Worksheet: This worksheet should be given to students that attend the Standard College Transition Workshop for Students.
