Tess Kunik on Her Mental Health Journey and Losing Her Sister

Tess Kunik struggled with anxiety, disordered eating, and depression, but she chose to avoid dealing with her own mental health struggles and focus, instead, on supporting her younger sister, Liv. Tess sat down with JED to discuss how grief impacted her mental health journey and how she found a way forward.
