Understanding Feeling "Weird" or “Off”

It’s completely normal to not always feel like ourselves or to have an “off” or “weird” day. When we feel like this, it actually tells us a lot about what we do and where we spend time (and with whom) and how that’s affecting us. The good news is that this is temporary and we can identify why we might feel like this so it doesn’t persist.

Coping with feeling “off” or “weird”

While it’s common to feel off or weird from time to time, it’s important to pay attention to our emotional and physical state when this happens and try to pinpoint what might be making us feel this way. Since this feeling is temporary, there are helpful ways to cope.
